In order to make the selling/ buying process as easy as possible please review our buying guidelines.

Other people want to enjoy the records that you cannot. If you have boxes of cherished records and you’re not in a place to listen to them all, why not consider selling to us? Most people who sell to us fall into four categories: inheriting a collection from someone else, downsizing their house, gone digital, or simply need cash.

Paradise Found Records & Music helps get your records to other music lovers who will enjoy them. And you get a fair price and an easy sale. You can bring boxes to us and we will make you an offer. Or, if you have a larger collection, we will set an appointment and come to you.

Vinyl Buying Guidelines

All records must have a jacket/cover and be free of mold.

We do not buy 78’s, Big Band, Classical, or Time Life/ Readers digest box sets.

For collections over 200 LPs please call the shop before bringing them in.

We try to turn around all LPs in 48 hours, but processing times vary based on the size of the collection, time dropped off, and amount of buys we have ahead of you. Our main buyer is usually in Tuesday – Saturday.

We offer 20% more for your used vinyl in-store credit than in cash. We donate unwanted vinyl to the Boulder Humane Society Thrift shop, KGNU Radio, and Good Will.

All unclaimed vinyl will be donated after 7 days.

CD

CD Buying Guidelines - PLEASE NOTE: we are temporarily not buying CDs 

All CDs must be in the case (binders don’t count as cases). We don’t buy classical, unofficial, or burned copies.

We try to turn around all CDs in 48 hours, but processing times vary based on the size of the collection, time dropped off, and amount of buys we have ahead of you. A buyer for CDs may not be scheduled every day, please call to confirm if you are looking for same-day trades.

We offer 20% more in-store credit than in cash. We donate unwanted CDs to the Boulder Humane Society Thrift shop, KGNU Radio, Good Will, and our free box.

All unclaimed CDs will be donated after 7 days.

CASSETTE

CASSETTE BUYING GUIDELINES

All cassettes must be in the case. We don’t buy classical, unofficial recordings, or mixtapes.

We try to turn around all cassettes in 48 hours, but processing times vary based on the size of the collection, time dropped off, and amount of buys we have ahead of you. A buyer for cassettes may not be scheduled every day, please call to confirm if you are looking for same-day trades.

We offer 20% more in-store credit than in cash. We will donate unwanted cassettes. All unclaimed cassettes will be donated after 7 days.
